This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by TigerMountain Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of Arizona (“TMF,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

1. Use of the Site

This Site is provided for informational purposes, to facilitate charitable giving, and to connect community members with volunteer and program opportunities. You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

You may not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site without our written permission

 

2. Nonprofit Status and Donations

TigerMountain Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations made through this Site may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. As an Arizona Qualified Charity, donations may also qualify for an Arizona state tax credit. TMF makes no guarantee of specific tax outcomes; please consult a tax professional for guidance specific to your situation.

All donations are final and non-refundable unless a processing error has occurred. TMF retains full discretion over how donated funds are allocated to best fulfill its mission. Donor impact examples provided on the Site are illustrative and do not represent a commitment to direct funds to a specific output.

 

3. Volunteer Participation

Individuals who register as volunteers through this Site do so subject to the Volunteer Consent, Release, and Waiver of Liability Agreement presented at the time of registration. Completion of the volunteer intake form and acceptance of that agreement is required before participating in any TMF volunteer activities.

TMF reserves the right to accept or decline any volunteer applicant at its discretion, and to modify or cancel volunteer opportunities at any time.

 

4. Form Submissions and Data

By submitting any form on this Site — including contact, volunteer, or sponsor inquiry forms — you consent to TMF collecting, storing, and processing the information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You represent that all information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.

Form submissions may be routed to the appropriate TMF department via our CRM platform (GoHighLevel) and may trigger automated communications related to your inquiry or registration.

 

5. Third-Party Analytics and Advertising Tools

This Site uses third-party tools including Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Meta Conversions API to collect data about site usage and visitor behavior. 6. SMS Messaging Terms

Program Description

Our SMS messaging program sends program updates, event notifications, volunteer confirmations, and organizational communications to individuals who have explicitly opted in.

  • Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated consent checkbox
  • Message frequency varies based on your interactions with TMF
  • To cancel, reply “STOP” at any time
  • Reply “HELP” for support
  • Standard message and data rates may apply
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
  • You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this Site shall not exceed the amount you donated or paid to TMF in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
